Discontinuous Line

Variable frequency motor synchronously controls both cutting and production line speed. The band saw cutting unit can achieve continuous cutting process while the production line is running. The cutting speed can reach 7m/min. The cutting system has the functions of automatic rotation and bi-direction cutting. With both band and disc saw cutting, the panel can be cut to length on-line with high quality product.
