The double crawler has a length of 36 meters. It adopts two methods of electric heating and steam heating to meet the foaming requirements of different specifications and ensure the quality of curing after foaming. The double track system is composed of upper and lower main transmission tracks, motor-driven side transmission devices, and supporting special side block molds and heating systems. The main function is to solidify the poured composite plates through a certain pressure and transmission rate. The transmission of the main track and side belts is controlled synchronously by the PLC and inverter of the main electrical control cabinet, and at the same time, the analog control achieves synchronization with the motor of the preceding step molding machine. The precise transmission and the static feedback to the foaming thrust and the running speed matching the reaction speed of the foaming agent ensure the quality of the solidification forming of the plate. The length of 36 meters can guarantee the length advantage in the production of PIR plates and 200mm thick plates to ensure that the plate surface is flat. The running parallelism between the surfaces of the upper and lower double crawler chain plates is not more than ±0.10mm. Plate size is accurate and stable.
